This new-comer to the game of binoculars under $300 has been a pleasant surprise. This lightweight roof prism binocular has been in great demand because of its great features, value and quality. This 10x42 power binocular has all the features most big game hunters and outdoor enthusiasts are looking for, featuring fully multi-coated lenses, fully waterproof and fog proof, phase-correction, and a wide field of view. We especially like the soft eyecups and the level of comfort while in the hands. This binocular won’t break your neck after a long day packing it around, and it won't break your wallet, either! The Diamondback has been recently updated with better coatings and a redesigned body.

The Monarch family has been the cornerstone of the binocular line-up from Nikon for years. Nikon now offers the Monarch X line, which improves on a binocular that arguably needed no improvement. The new Monarch X offers a host of new features sure to earn it a spot in the venerable Monarch line. The new features include an advanced dielectric high-reflective multi-layer prism coating which was previously only available in Nikon's flagship EDG line. The name of the game in binoculars is passing as much available light as possible to the user's eye. In the common hunting times of dawn and duck, available light is limited, so the new coatings and the large 45mm objective lenses make the best of the situation. The Monarch X uses a very rigid open-frame design, a protective rubber coating with thumb contours, a large center focus knob, and tips the scales at a light 25.7 ounces. All of these features make the Monarch X very comfortable to hold for long periods of time, and the rubber click-stop eye cups are very easy on your face. Adding to the impressive list of features of the Monarch X, Nikon gave them O-ring seals to make them water proof, and nitrogen purged them to make them fog proof. When you combine all of the features and Nikon's incredible 25 year No-Fault Warranty, it makes the new Monarch X hard to beat!

It's hard to believe Swarovski could improve the EL series of binoculars, but they have! Although it may look very similar to it's predecessor, the binocular has been redesigned internally and externally, top to bottom. This new generation of the 42mm EL binocular comes with revolutionary new innovations to provide virtually even images with razor-sharp clarity and outlines. Improved coating technology sets new standards for brilliance and image definition and guarantees optimum contrast in low-light situations. Factor in the wide field of view offered by the EL 42 Swarovision and you have a binocular that will meet the demand of any user. The new 42mm series now features HD glass which improves the clarity, color and contrast. The combination of field flattener lenses, HD glass and optimized coatings ensures an impressive image resolution across the entire field of view. The focusing mechanism is particularly smooth and completely tolerance-free, making operation of the new EL Swarovision binoculars comfortable and precise for a perfect all-around observation experience. Only two complete turns take you from infinity to an unbelievably close focus of 4.9 feet. SWAROCLEAN coatings have been applied in a special process and affect the surface of the external objectives and ocular lenses so dirt, water marks, tree sap, fingerprints, etc. can be easily removed. Regardless of how you may use this new impressive EL in the field, you will not be disappointed.
